Little Allies offers a comprehensive Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program designed to equip facilitators with the tools and confidence to lead impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) workshops. Each TTT program includes a detailed facilitation guide, a customizable workshop slide deck, and a prerecorded reference video to support trainer development. Additionally, participants receive interactive Allyship in Action books and workbooks filled with engaging activities to reinforce learning. To ensure trainers feel prepared, the program also includes live coaching sessions for guidance and clarity.
