  • Little Allies offers engaging virtual workshops designed to foster inclusive and equitable environments through interactive learning experiences. Each session is led by expert facilitators and focuses on key topics such as cultural intelligence, inclusive language, unconscious bias, and social-emotional agility. Participants gain practical tools and strategies to create more inclusive spaces, engage in meaningful discussions, and develop actionable steps for allyship. Our workshops include dynamic presentations, real-world scenarios, and interactive exercises to ensure an impactful and engaging experience. Whether for individuals, teams, or organizations, Little Allies’ virtual workshops provide a supportive space to learn, reflect, and grow together.

  • Little Allies offers a comprehensive Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program designed to equip facilitators with the tools and confidence to lead impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) workshops. Each TTT program includes a detailed facilitation guide, a customizable workshop slide deck, and a prerecorded reference video to support trainer development. Additionally, participants receive interactive Allyship in Action books and workbooks filled with engaging activities to reinforce learning. To ensure trainers feel prepared, the program also includes live coaching sessions for guidance and clarity. With a focus on fostering inclusive environments, Little Allies’ TTT program empowers trainers to lead meaningful conversations on cultural intelligence, inclusive language, unconscious bias, and more.

  • Little Allies offers on-demand asynchronous workshops that provide flexible, self-paced learning on key topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. These courses are designed to accommodate busy schedules while delivering impactful content through engaging lessons, real-world examples, and interactive activities. Participants can explore courses such as Leading Little Allies, which empowers caregivers and educators to nurture inclusive values in children; Allyship Across Generations, which examines how allyship evolves across different age groups and professional stages; and the Neurodiversity Module, which enhances understanding and support for neurodivergent individuals. With accessible, high-quality content available anytime, Little Allies’ asynchronous workshops make it easy to build awareness, develop inclusive practices, and take meaningful steps toward allyship at your own pace.

“Little Allies not only gave us new content for our trainers to deliver internally and in the communities we serve, they gave us a new roadmap of embedding and infusing the mindset, values and content into all of the work we do.  Our guided discussions were insightful and the entire Little Allies team continues to support our work as we move into implementation.  We hope to be able to do more with the team in the future.”
